On the second Wednesday of every month, join us to learn about SPEC's work in the community and meet other new, current and soon-to-be volunteers.

Come Out and Learn How to Charge your Batteries!
Take part in a guided tour of SPEC’s solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on top of Mountain Equipment Co-op’s store on West Broadway in Vancouver.
Meet: At the roof top parking lot of Mountain Equipment Co-op (MEC at 130 W Broadway, Vancouver). Right by the store entrance, there is a staircase and elevator to get to the rooftop.
Important: The solar panels are not wheelchair accessible. To reach them, you have to climb a 2 meter ladder.
